Beauty Workshops for English Speaking Cancer Patients

“Let us put a smile on your face” is a wonderful head line summing up everything we aspire to with LOOK GOOD…FEEL BETTER. Thanks to the support of leading cosmetic companies in Switzerland, a free programme of beauty workshops is now running in 16 hospitals throughout Switzerland. The simple formula is a proven success. It is so beneficial and appreciated, not only by patients, but also by health professionals who firmly believe in the “feel good factor”.

Treat yourself!
Come along and join a small informal workshop. By demonstrating a 12-step skin care and make-up regime, our professional beauty advisers can help you deal with the visible side effects of your treatment and show you how to develop you make-up skills. The sessions are lots of fun and a real morale booster!

Different companies within the Swiss cosmetic industry joined together to establish the Foundation, which became a registered charity in December 2005. In partnership with hospitals and cancer support groups, the Foundation has developed and is now offering this free service nationwide to women cancer patients who undergo a medical treatment and are able to participate.

In collaboration with the English Speaking Cancer Association ESCA in Geneva we organize our free of charge beauty workshops for English speaking cancer patients who undergo a medical treatment. The beauty workshops take place in Geneva at the premises of the ESCA approximately three times a year.
